AutoFair 2006 - Vendor-Flea Market Information

Charlotte AutoFair -- presented by the Hornets Nest Region, AACA
in April and September.
·
Lowe’s Motor Speedway located on US Highway 29 at Speedway
Boulevard, which is Interstate 85, Exit 49.
·
Blue Field and Orange Field Flea Markets inside are usually sold
out in advance.
·
Green Field Flea Market and Red Field Flea Market (Red Field in
April only) spaces are 10’
wide and 20’ deep – some may be larger.
·
Reserve your spaces in advance, at least three weeks before the
event by phoning 704-841-1990, M-F, 9 AM to 4 PM - or use the Registration Form
on this website.

Purchase spaces on the field at the Hornets Nest Region, AACA
Green Field Registration Tent – use Entrance P from Morehead Road or Entrance A
from US Highway 29 North.
· Vendors with Orange or Blue Field Flea Market spaces, arriving before 7:00 AM Thursday, must line up in the Staging Area near the Concord Water Tower. Vendors with Green Field or Red Field Flea Market spaces are allowed to move in on Wednesday, if they are familiar with space location.

Gate opens for Vendor Set-Up to begin at 7:00 AM on Thursday.
·
Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday Gates open to public at 8:00 AM.
·
Selling continues until sundown on Thursday-Friday-Saturday.
·
Public ticket selling continues each day, except Sunday until
approximately 5:00 PM.
·
Public is not required to leave the event –
Vendor and Vehicle selling continues
until sundown.
·
Vendors must vacate the Speedway Infield by sundown on Sunday.
·
Admission and Parking fees are collected by Lowe’s Motor
Speedway.
· Public admission is $10 per person -- under 12 with adults, are free.
· Public Parking is $5 per vehicle.
·
Vendors cannot sell T-Shirts, caps, sunglasses, hats, clothing,
jewelry, watches, rings, beads, belt buckles, patches, shoes, boots, food,
drink, cassette tapes, or new NASCAR racing related souvenir items unless
commissioned with Lowe’s Motor Speedway – contact the Hornets Nest Region, AACA
to discuss further.

Food and Beverage is available on the grounds – Vendors cannot
sell these items.
·
Approximately 100,000 attendance is expected each Event in April and September.
